Our Service Flow

The quality of service delivered radiates itself from the people providing the service. Being a people oriented organisation we have people at the core of whatever we do. This involves interaction with various experts from all facets of the Hospitality Industry, including but not limited to; Caterers, Event managers, Decor specialists, Stage and Lighting technicians, Hosts, Guests...
We therefore start off with the key service personnel who are at the forefront of service delivery such as Waitrons, Bartenders, Set up Crew, Food Handlers, Cleaners, etc. We take our staff career development seriously, and begin by identifying individuals with a passion for serving in the hospitality industry. This is an ongoing exercise and we prune off those who take waitering as a job, retaining only those who see it as a stepping stone to other opportunities in the industry.
